General Responsibilities
Wallboard:
- Provide you with “best of breed” technology to sell to your client base
- Support you in providing an exceptional level of client service to end users
- Consistently seek to improve the technology to stay ahead of industry competitors
- Help you win more business with both sales and marketing support plus ongoing training.
- Regularly scheduled cadence calls with your Account Manager to ensure that requirements are being met
Partner:
- Build a pipeline of Wallboard opportunities commensurate with market size and expertise
- Provide initial and consistent forecasting of deal-specific opportunities
- Deliver market feedback on the Wallboard platform and specific demand for new features to be included in the Wallboard roadmap.
Partnership Tiers
Tier 1
- Partner will utilize Wallboard’s general multi-tenant server infrastructure at Digital Ocean
- Wallboard will provide complete system support (server, server-side software, player-side software)
- Partner remains responsible for player-side hardware support
- Partner is responsible for license ordering when ready to activate and deploy licenses
- All license orders should be created directly within Wallboard
